Problem: Well isn't this nice, every time I open Firefox I get popups all over any page I go to.

Solution: Remove toolbars till you hit the right one including the ones in Explorer even if you only use Firefox.

Update
Well the one that was causing me problems was the Babylon toolbar but I suspect that there are a few now based on my search results.

Same here guys It's been a long time since I'm unable to use SeoQuake. This hpeneapd after an update and since than it's not working anymore both Seobar and Seotoolbar.I never had SeoQuake turned off so I need to turn it off first to apply your solution, and turn it back on, but it's not working
